Hampton, this might be a silly question but.. How do you transition your hand construction knowledge to an entire figure drawing?
I noticed that I can analytically construct them in a large scale but as soon as I try to draw them in a small scale (usually when I am drawing an entire figure), it is impossible to make your construction and/or it becomes really sloppy.
How do you study small scales constructions in general?
Is it a matter of making enough large scales analytical constructions until it will be easy to transfer to any scale?

I teach in California at a state school at the moment. Anyone can join for relatively cheap that is in the area.
