Ohh, I think I figure out my problem. I was trying to figure out where the corner (tear duct) of the eye goes in realtion to the bottom of the keystone.
I think the corner goes below the bottom line of the keystone, and the top of the highest arch of the upper eyelid seems to go up to the same level as the bottom of the keystone line.
Your thinking may be overkill for this kind of detail. knowing the exact location of these points may confuse you more than it would help.
The tarsal plate (that forms the tear duct), inserts at the begging of the maxilla (right in the end of the eye socket). https://wellnessadvocate.com/img/8/894-tarus.gif
The Upper lid is bigger than the lower lid, the upper lid is also thicker. the angle of the eye varies, but to represent a female young eye for example, one would put the lateral corner higher than the medial corner (the tear duct side).
If you're having trouble with the eyes, you can draw a sphere inside the socket and draw the tarsal plates going over the form, connecting to each side.
But I'd warn you that this would be the farthest you'd want to go. Most of the times, if you're not able to draw a decent eye, it's a matter of form, perspective and shape design. Not anatomy.
